14-day returns
You can return unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Not returnable
Items marked final sale, worn or washed items, and items without tags.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
