These terms apply to every purchase from Velura at veluracare.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Velura is an online store selling women's dresses, tops and accessories. It is operated from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Al Nasr Street, Abu Dhabi). The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error; if so, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and PayPal, in USD. All card details are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we do not see or keep your full card number.

If your order ships in more than one parcel, you may see more than one charge on your card statement. Please keep a copy of your order confirmation and our policies for your records.

Refunds and cancellations

Product information

We describe products and their garment measurements as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements can vary by up to about 1 inch.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We do not trade with or provide any services to countries or people under OFAC or other applicable sanctions.

Your information

We never sell, rent, lease or share your card details or personal information with third parties except as needed to process and deliver your order. See our Privacy Policy.
